Dr. Nayan Patel is Assistant Professor, Mathematics at AIIE since July 2016. He has 10 years of experience in academics and research. He has taught subjects like Calculus, Vector Calculus & Linear Algebra, Advanced Engineering Mathematics and Complex Functions & Numerical Methods in various engineering branches. He is also life member of ISTE, Gujarat Ganit Mandal.
Applied Mathematics, Tribology, Study of Bearing Characteristics, Lubricant Characteristics, Magnetic Fluid and Bearing designing having magnetic fluid, magnetic field and porous matrix.
Ph.D. from School of Science, RK University, Gujarat.

B.Sc. Department of Mathematics, North Gujarat University, Patan.
He has worked as an Assistant Professor and Head of Mathematics and Humanities Department at Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology, Ahmedabad (July 2010 – June 2016). He has also worked in ACET and GIT from 2006 to 2010.
He has published various research papers in peer reviewed international journals such as American Journal of Computational & Applied Mathematics, International Journal of Engineering Tribology, SAGE etc. He has also presented research papers in various prestigious conferences organised by International Tribology Conference, Tokyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan and International Journal of Arts and Science, Harvard University, USA.
