One-Week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Disaster Risk Reduction for Sustainable Development

The FDP will be useful to the academicians, researchers, and industry persons. It will provide a common platform and an opportunity for the participants to explore their knowledge and awareness in field of disaster risk reduction and management. The practical aspects of disaster resilient infrastructure and sustainable development will be discussed in this training program. Moreover, the proposed FDP will also cover important topics viz. the national disaster management policies and role of national forces for disaster response.

In order to provide an opportunity to understand the recent trends and developments in the field of disaster risk reduction and management, Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering (AIIE), Ahmedabad has planned One-Week Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Disaster Risk Reduction for Sustainable Development during 21st to 26th March 2022 (online mode). This FDP is sponsored by Gujarat Technological University (GTU) & AICTE.
