One-Week Short Term Training Program (STTP) on Condition Monitoring of Electrical Equipment
A condition monitoring based approach could provide a fault-free operation of costly power system infrastructure and ensures a continuous power supply to consumers. Condition monitoring based approach also allows us to prioritize various planning and maintenance activities. The life expectancy of aged power infrastructure could be further enhanced with condition monitoring of electrical equipment. Due to the advancement in the testing and measurement facilities in power industry, the condition monitoring techniques has been significantly changed. It becomes necessary to understand and adopt new practices followed in the field of condition monitoring of electrical equipment. Nowadays, a trend has emerged to implement condition monitoring of electrical equipment with newer technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Data Mining.
In order to provide an opportunity to understand the recent trends and developments in the field of life assessment of electrical system, Adani Institute of Infrastructure Engineering (AIIE), Ahmedabad has planned One-Week Short Term Training Program (STTP) on Condition Monitoring of Electrical Equipment during 7th to 11th March 2022 (online mode). This STTP is sponsored by Gujarat Council of Science and Technology (GUJCOST).
