Professor Amit Shrivastava is associated with the Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management (AIIM), Ahmedabad –INDIA as faculty (Associate Professor) in finance & accounting area since July 2012. Professor Shrivastava is the founder and head of “Center of Financial Reporting & MIS (CFRM)” at the AIIM. He is also chairing the PGDM(IM) programme and Management Development Programmes (MDPs).

Prior to joining AIIM he has worked with the School of Business Management (SBM), Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) , Mumbai as assistant professor in finance area [January 2009- July 2012]. He has also worked with the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA) as a Teaching Associate in finance & accounting area [June 2005-January 2009].He started his career in teaching (Graduate and Postgraduate programs) in the year 2000.

He has also taught at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIMI) as visiting faculty for Financial Accounting & Reporting in post graduate programme (PGP-1).

Professor Shrivastava has conducted Management Development Programmes (MDPs) for senior & middle level executives of IOCL-BGR, NOVARTIS India, ADANI-Enterprises, ADANI- Ports, ADANI-Power, ADANI-Wilmar, ADANI-Gas, ADANI-Reality, TCS, Venture Infotek, Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd.,etc.
