Dr. Jallavi Panchamia is Ph.D. in the area of Organizational Behaviour from CEPT University, Ahmedabad and has more than 11 years of experience in academics and research. Prior to AIIM, she was associated with S. K. Patel Institute of Management and Computer Studies, KSV University, L.D. College of Engineering and Govt. Engineering College, Gandhinagar.
Dr. Jallavi Panchamia has published papers on organizational culture, organizational role stress and perceived organizational support and HR dilemma. Currently she is working on psychometric assessment & its application and change management issues.
Her teaching area includes, organizational behaviour, organizational development, strategic HRM, training and development.
She has been a visiting faculty at School of Petroleum Management (SPM), Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) Gandhinagar, Central University of Gujarat (CUG), Nirma University and National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
She holds Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical), MBA (HR), UGC-NET (Management) and DBEM from EDI.
